The responsibilities of a Service Advisor include greeting customers, listening to their needs, recommending maintenance and repair work, keep customers updated while their vehicle is in for service, and perform an active delivery with their customer when they are checking out with our cashier. Service Advisors are also required to communicate with technicians regarding repair work, estimates, and labor times, and accurately document the customers concerns on the repair orders to ensure that the customers concerns are addressed and repaired the first time.
Pay: $70,221.00 - $100,000.00 per year
