Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk
Part time with the possibility to become full time (currently 3 days/week)
Essential duties and responsibilities will include the following:
· Maintain/Create purchase orders
· Match POs with invoices
· Identify discrepancies and resolve billing issues
· Enter invoices into accounting software
· Process checks for approved invoices
· File invoices with payments
· Other duties as needed/requested
Qualifications:
High School Diploma / GED
Experience with accounting software (Sage)
Valid driver’s license
Pass pre-employment drug test.
