Our Americas headquarters in Charlotte, NC is looking for a dynamic self-starter, enthusiastic about executing projects, and contributing to a growing business, to join our B2B eCommerce team. The eCommerce Specialist reports to the National Account Manager, eCommerce - North America and is responsible for supporting day-to-day management of Schleich ecommerce accounts including Amazon US, CA and Mexico while supporting secondary online accounts.

This role primarily focuses on two major areas that are critical for ecommerce success: catalog optimization and operational excellence. This person will be a key team member and will have crucial responsibilities to support our B2B ecommerce accounts and partnerships. This position requires extreme diligence, a passion for data-driven decision-making, a desire to develop and maintain clear processes and procedures, and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and projects at once while meeting deadlines. The ideal candidate will ensure Schleich products are fully optimized and merchandised according to our high brand standards across our online accounts to guarantee a positive experience anywhere a consumer chooses to browse, search or shop for Schleich.
Detailed Description :

• Manage customer account dashboards including catalog maintenance, supply chain setup, PO management and product availability
• Responsible for end-to-end product compliance management to ensure product lab tests and Child Product Certificates are created, submitted, and verified per account requirements to maintain active listings in a timely manner
• Collaborate on new asset uploading for video and enhanced content with secondary accounts and support for Amazon
• Own new item setups across secondary accounts
• Own Andon cord process to improve consumer experience and audit product listings and physical inventory
• Escalation point for all dropship order issues across ecommerce channel including root cause identification and correction
• Execute catalog and merchandising improvements to optimize CX along with channel promotional and advertising strategies
• Participate in brand store merchandising and manage presentation including promotional and seasonal executions with collaboration from NAM and marketing counterparts
• Utilize internal tools and dashboards to track SKU availability, growth, and identify opportunities with NAM and ecommerce team
• Work closely with NAM on executing operational tasks and ad-hoc projects for B2B accounts including but not limited to keyword optimization, brand store walks and revenue opportunities
• Implement ecommerce best practices and be an e-commerce ambassador, demonstrating an enthusiasm to educate cross-functional partners across the organization on e-commerce
• Stay informed on current trends and tools in Amazon ecosphere and identify opportunities for test-and-learn
• Other activities as needed to support eCommerce business to achieve sales goals

Work experience and other requirements :

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience plus 2 years of Amazon platform experience required
• Experience with Walmart.com Supplier/Seller Center, Target.com, Rithum, Commerce Hub (or similar platform) preferred
• Strong understanding of the Amazon Vendor Central Platform
• High attention to detail with a proactive problem-solving ability and a strong sense of accountability
• Ability to balance multiple priorities with appropriate level of communication and impeccable follow through
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and draw actionable insights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Ability to adapt to and navigate changes in AMZ's policies, algorithms and tool
• MS Office proficiency - especially Outlook and Excel (lookups, pivot tables, etc.)
• Ability to adapt, pivot, and thrive in a fast-paced, complex, and ever-changing business environment
