JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION
Minimum: Completion of Indiana State Board of Health approved exam and holds a valid Indiana certification to perform diagnostic radiographic procedures.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION
Valid Radiographic Certification by state of Indiana required.
CPR required.

EXPERIENCE
Minimum: At least one year experience in physician office or hospital preferred.
Preferred: At least 5 years of experience in physician office or hospital preferred.
