Foreclosure Attorney

Our firm, which represents Community Associations, seeks an attorney for our foreclosure department with 2 years of plaintiff’s foreclosure representation (mortgage foreclosures qualify). This is an opportunity for a growth-minded attorney who is looking for growth and stability. Partnership track position for the right person.

• Drafting typical plaintiff’s foreclosure documents (very similar to mortgage foreclosures)
• Draft Lis pendens
• Draft Summons & Complaint
• Draft and oppose motions associated with a typical foreclosure
• Draft correspondence regarding files
• Court appearances
• Client contact

• At least 2 years' experience in mortgage foreclosures
• Must be admitted in NYS
