Schneider Electric is Hiring a Process and Data Solution Architect Near Nashville, TN

We are actively seeking to grow our team with a Process and Data Solution Architect and Deployment Leader to manage the prioritization, development, and execution of use cases for this new “Channel Uberization” approach for US Services.

This Deployment Leader will be responsible for managing the digital integration of our current SE Services work order system (bFS) with our new digital contractor marketplace platform (Qmerit), executing a growing list of Services use cases, and localizing end to end process between US Services Execution Team, Qmerit, and Partners to ensure Schneider Demand seamlessly is executed through Qmerit Platform.

In addition to the Qmerit deployment, this role will also own the back office process development for the NEMA Spares offer, taking into account the diverse IT Ecosystem of the US Services landscape.

You can expect to:

  • Gather and prioritize Use Cases for our Services “Channel Uberization” program
  • Manage the development, setup and execution activity for prioritized Use Cases
  • Lead regular engagement with the Qmerit Project Manager and each SE Use Case Product Owner/Offer Manager (e2e)
  • Maintain the project schedule and communicate regularly with stakeholders and executive leadership to align expectations
  • Plan, communicate, and manage project risks or critical technical issues
  • Initiate corrective actions regarding resources, results, timing, budget and quality
  • Monitor the performance of the project through its lifecycle, including task completion, project team monitoring, schedule reporting and issue resolution
  • Lead the design of the complete execution process in support of the NEMA Spares squad, including process and data flows for an optimal customer experience and operations performance

You are responsible for:

  • Successful End to End Execution of Uberization Process across US Services, Qmerit, and Partner
  • Uberization Execution Deployment between US Services Operations
  • Manage and update Services Crowdsourcing/Uberization Sharepoint site
  • Maintain program process/workflow documentation
  • Services Process Improvement Coordination and Execution
  • Lead cadence with US Services Service Excellence team for operational process enhancement required to enable digital dispatch of partners/contractors
  • Use Case setup on the Qmerit platform
  • Use Case execution and management
  • Digital Integration of Schneider Work Order System (bFS) and the new Digital Platform
  • Play an instrumental role in the development of new Service offerings
  • Detail technical use case requirements for marketing and execution teams;
  • Support the architectural aspects of all application projects in peer IT portfolios.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

Preferred Experience:

  • Project Management / Agile Scrum Master
  • SE Digital integration knowledge
  • SE Field Services / bFS knowledge
  • Partner / Contractor / Sub-contractor experience
  • End-to-end process development

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent communicator, decision maker, team builder
  • Strong leadership skills, ability to work collaboratively
  • Excellent organizational skills and experience developing and documenting business processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Planner, MS Project, Jira (or other schedule management software)
