Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a Project Execution Manager - Site Superintendent supporting our Secure Power Division.
Location: Remote North America
What will you do?
Directly responsible for leading the Site Superintendent Team.
Manages the processes and procedures that the team follows in managing projects
Monitors the Key Performance Indicators, via Procore.
Set-up, control and evaluation of the individual competencies and results of the team members.
Actively maintaining relationships with Key Customers.
Work with other Project Execution Managers across different teams to correctly support the projects with the right resources.
Work with Sales, Business Capture and Estimating to accurately propose future projects based on the performance of existing projects.
Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss open items, risks and opportunities.
Review and approve timesheets and expense reports.
Review and approve Purchase Orders, Subcontracts and Consulting Agreements up to the Delegation of Authority.
Write weekly report for Upper Management on the risks and status of the Portfolio.
Monitor the use of project tools and software.
Performs Lessons Learned activities on completed projects and implements action plans with other groups.
Contribute to, articulate, and communicate the organization's vision and benefits, providing a solid rationale to partners and team members.
Be and active and supportive team member in an environment of inclusion, open discussion, and results-driven collaboration.
Create and contribute to a strong organizational work environment.
Prepared to train and test for General Contracting Licenses across the United States.
What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
8 years of experience in managing teams and/or projects within the Data Center Industry, is preferred.
Proven experience managing technical teams and projects.
Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building abilities.
Passion for developing talent and leading high-performing teams.
Technical expertise in your field with keen attention to detail.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and drive change.
