- Manages operators or teams of operators in a Warehouse
- Responsible for employee performance, development, engagement, etc
- Manages logistics process for receiving goods, stocking, picking, and shipping finished goods and wastes
- Ensure inventories accuracy with permanent alignment between operations & inventory (ERP system SAP & actuals)
- Be the SAP Key-User for the department managing SAP processes and attend regular key user meetings.
- Enforce compliance with Health/Safety/Environment and 5S rules throughout plant, including reporting and managing incidents and near misses
- Enforce compliance with quality system and proper appliance of the defined processes and procedures to meet the required quality level
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Operations/ Distribution/ Warehouse Management
- Knowledge of inventory and supply chain management
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Ability to anticipate and solve problems
- Excellent organization skills and attention to details
- Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems (SAP highly preferred), and data entry software
