Your Role:
As a Guest Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay. Your responsibilities will include:
- Thoroughly cleaning and tidying guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming/mopping, and replenishing amenities.
- Ensuring bathrooms are spotless and stocked with fresh towels and toiletries.
- Reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
- Providing exceptional service by addressing guest requests and inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Upholding our high standards of cleanliness and presentation in every room.
- Collaborating with the housekeeping team to meet daily and weekly cleaning goals.
