Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Registrar. The Registrar plays a crucial role in managing student records and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of academic data. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students, possess strong administrative skills, and be knowledgeable in education administration.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree minimum of 3 years administrative experience
• Valid Identity Verified Prints (IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with children
• Experience with Arizona School registration is a HUGE plus!
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Thrive in a fast-paced, achievement-oriented learning environment

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Organizing and managing registration of new and returning students
• Managing records of current students and reporting to department of Education
• Managing student records software (PowerSchool)
• Coordinating student enrollment and withdrawal process
