- California Single Subject credential in Music required OR verification of completed requisite coursework/requirements
- Supplementary authorization accepted with a Multiple Subject Credential
- Up to a maximum of 10 years credit for each previous experience working as a full-time certificated teacher (Verification required)
- Bachelor's degree in Music, Music Education, or a related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of music theory, history, and performance techniques.
- Proficiency in teaching choral music.
- Excellent classroom and ensemble management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
