Online Payment Representative
The pay range for this position is listed below. Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered, as well as for room for growth and tenure achieved in a role over time. Typical new hire salary offers fall within the minimum to midpoint of a pay range for many candidates. Any offer extended to a candidate will be based upon their unique set of knowledge, skills, education, and experience as well as internal equity.
Pay Range:$20.67 - $28.94

What You’ll Be Doing
Responsible for supporting Members and team members encountering issues with using SchoolsFirst FCU bill pay, eDeposit, Online ACH, and other online banking products and services. Assist Members and team members via multiple delivery channels (email and phone) with accuracy and efficiency. Maintain bill payment and online banking systems and processes to help ensure there are no interruptions in service and payments. Report new or recurring process or design issues for improvements.
  • Responds promptly to Member inquiries via email and telephone regarding online banking and Bill Payment by researching request ad communicating results.
  • Contributes to the development or enhancement of the product support functions. Identify possibilities for streamlining or restructuring of applicable processes.
  • Responds to inquiries of a technical or complex nature related to FIS and eComm software products and/or services through ticketing and vendor contact.
  • Manages general ledgers through balancing debits and credits, researching outages and maintaining the appropriate oversight. Manages audit request and responses, as needed.
  • Reports new or recurring issues pertaining to bill payment, remote deposit, online ACH, online banking and mobile banking to IT, product management, product development and/or other applicable departments. Assist in managing Service Request’s, submits new, amends existing, tracks and reports progress to management.
  • Liaison between the department and vendors, including the integration of vendor tasks and issue resolution. Holds regular conference calls with our bill payment provider to ensure the highest level of service is being provided to our Members.
  • Resolves escalated issues pertaining to online ACH transfers, bill payment, remote deposit, and other items pertaining to the role.
  • Analyzes and reports results, trends and metrics around online banking and mobile banking products and services. Ensures the volume of work produced meets product/service standards and exceeds quality standards.
  • Documents and coordinates initiatives internal to the business unit and on a broader scale. Works with project management teams and business stakeholders to implement changes and enhancements.
  • All team members must comply with regulatory compliance and assigned training requirements including but not limited to BSA regulations corresponding to their specific job duties. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary and other employment related actions.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 3-5 years of previous related experience required
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
  • Has broad knowledge of FIS and eComm bill payment and related services; in-depth knowledge of products and services for which team(s) provide support.
