- Establishinig recruiting plan for open attorney positons in all offices
- Maintianing relationships with various law schools
- Participting in On Campus Interviews (OCI) during interview season
- Assisting in Summer Associate program for Law Clerks
- Full cycle recruitng including reviewing resumes, setting up interviews (in person or via Zoom) coordinating second interviews with Partners, etc......
- Other duties as assigned
- Previous recruiting experience (law firm preferred)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional demeanor and communication skills
- Team metality
- Abitiy to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Abilitiy to join an established team and intergrate themselves successful
- NO DRAMA-seriously.
- A JD would be helpful but not necssary
- College Graduate
