SBSB-Eastham, a rapidly growing Insurance Defense law firm has an immediate need for this newly created postion. The Associate Recuiter will report directly to the Human Resources Director. Responsibilities will include-but aren't limited to:

• Establishinig recruiting plan for open attorney positons in all offices
• Maintianing relationships with various law schools 
• Participting in On Campus Interviews (OCI) during interview season
• Assisting in Summer Associate program for Law Clerks
• Full cycle recruitng including reviewing resumes, setting up interviews (in person or via Zoom) coordinating second interviews with Partners, etc......
• Other duties as assigned

The successful candidate will possess:

• Previous recruiting experience (law firm preferred)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional demeanor and communication skills
• Team metality 
• Abitiy to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Abilitiy to join an established team and intergrate themselves successful
• NO DRAMA-seriously.
• A JD would be helpful but not necssary
• College Graduate
