Construction Superintendent

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulations and safety standards.

Duties:
- Manage and supervise construction activities on-site to ensure project completion according to plans and specifications.
- Conduct quality control inspections to guarantee work meets high standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other construction documents.
- Supervise subcontractors and laborers to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Implement and enforce OSHA regulations to promote a secure construction site.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and architects to resolve issues promptly.
- Oversee pipeline construction projects from initiation to completion.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in supervising construction projects.
- Proficiency in quality control procedures and blueprint reading.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $87,000.00 per year
