Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Site Superintendent or in a similar role in the commercial construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to enforce compliance
- Proficient in using construction management software
