We are currently seeking to hire a Lawn And Garden Equipment Salesperson to join our team! We are looking for a driven and self motivated individual that enjoys selling and is willing to help grow a company. You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales strategy to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate inside and outside sales.
• Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales department.
• Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
• Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
• Report on sales performance
• Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
• Build and form new partnerships with potential clients

Pay for the Position:

• Pay for this position will be a base pay plus commision.
• Commision will be based off of the gross profit of units that are sold.
• Comission will also be paid on gross profit of any parts or accesories sold with the unit sale.
• 75,000.00 - 85,000.00 per year is easily attainable for this position.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field
• Experience as a supervisor or manager
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to build rapport with clients
