-Knowledge of how to use Xactimate (Insurance Estimating Platform)

-Bonus if you know Acculynx (CRM program)

This career will allow you to explore Northern Colorado while obtaining clients, friends, and a large

network of great people. This career is a commission-only position. The sky is the limit. You get out what

you put in.

-Self Generation of potential clients.

Schroeder Roofing will provide:

-Cell Phone & Business Cards

-Company Logo Shirts

-Knowledge and training

-Leads based on ability & current sales

-Option for healthcare (80% paid by Schroeder Roofing)

Compensation:

-You will be paid 40% of the Net Profit (total sale minus the cost to do the job (labor and

materials) plus a 10% overhead for office support).

Pay: $62,339.55 - $75,075.59 per year
