Job Description
Job Description: We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Helper to assist in the daily operations of our warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory, preparing orders, and ensuring the efficient organization of our warehouse.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing incoming shipments.
- Prepare and package orders for delivery and shipment.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by performing regular stock counts and updating records.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
- Follow company policies and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift certification is a plus).
