***This position is located in Hastings, MI, which is 45 min outside Grand Rapids***

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability
• Manage the daily functions of the business
• Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes
• Manage budget to align with goals of business
• Manage a team of direct reports
• Be a champion for process and continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Engineering degree preferred, but will consider experience in lieu of educational requirements
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong ability to multitask
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Be mechanically inclined and have the ability to troubleshoot and suggest improvements
• Experience managing processes and people (direct reports)
• Experience within the industrial press field highly preferred
