Job Title: Manufacturing ERP Administrator

Pay Range: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt, Hourly

Location: Albuquerque, NM, 87109

Position Objective

The Sage administrator is responsible for all transactions into the Sage X3 ERP system and accounting for processing entries and materials. They will verify transactions are accurate before being closed and charged. The individual must learn the current manufacturing processes. The processes are not limited to but include processes to produce cannabis extracts/products of all forms using EtOH and hydrocarbon extraction methods, subsequent refinement processes, and infusion. They will be under the general supervision of the Lab Manager.

Major Functions

Work Order Management and Administration (40%)

  • Opening, reviewing, and closing work orders with precision and accuracy.
  • Tracking production on work orders to monitor progress and resource allocation efficiently.
  • Providing data and reports as requested facilitates timely and informed decision-making by stakeholders, enhancing operational management.
  • Evaluate purchase orders (POs) and receipts to ensure accuracy and compliance with established procedures and financial records.
  • Sage Input – Employee Training and Review

Inventory and Record Management (30%)

  • Digitizing physical records by transferring them into a digital filing system, ensuring accurate and organized storage for easy retrieval and efficient management.
  • Confirm physical inventory counts match inventory records through cycle counting.
  • Maintaining precise inventory records to ensure consistency and reliability in stock management and distribution processes.

Safety, Compliance, and Teamwork (30%)

  • Observe and maintain the highest standards of 5S while performing routine tasks to operate, clean, and maintain on-site refinement and manufacturing equipment daily
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and expectations and address safety concerns
  • Work effectively with other team members and integrating with the company culture
  • Willing to perform additional duties as necessary to maintain a compliant, clean, safe, and inviting environment for our team members and customers supporting all licensed activities

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be at least 21 years of ag
  • 2 years experience in cannabis industry preferred
  • Experience in process manufacturing environment (pharmaceutical, food, other CPG)
  • Knowledge of ERP systems
  • Working knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing tools
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Must be able to stand and sit for extended periods at a time
  • Proven ability to work with little to no supervision and be able to follow directions precisely

Working Conditions (Schedule, Environment, Travel)

  • Must be able to work up to 12 hours in a shift and/or weekends
  • This position is held within a highly compliant and secured manufacturing facility
  • Schedule will vary depending on the needs of the business (Nights, Weekends, Holidays included)
