We are experts at direct store delivery and are looking for someone to join our team to be part of nourishing consumers and customers in the delivery of great tasting, certified high quality baked foods like we have for over 100 years.

Our Route Sales Representatives are full-time employees, delivering, selling and merchandising Schwebel’s complete line of high products to existing and new accounts using Schwebel’s equipment.

Your Day to Day :

• Sell, deliver, stock and merchandise Schwebel brand products to grocery stores, restaurants, schools, food and other retailers.
• Provide excellent customer service while building relationships.
• Distribute products for early morning delivery.
• Solicit new customers to grow business.
• Share product knowledge with existing and new customers to enhance sales.
• Work with internal teams to order necessary products.
• Conduct daily pre and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain a clean, professional and organized truck.
• Actively engage in our safety culture.

What We're Looking For :

• Prior route sales experience preferred.
• Someone who is 21 years of age or older for insurance purposes.
• A valid driver’s license and the ability to secure a DOT physical.
• A safe driving record.
• Focus on a high level of customer service.
• Handheld computer literate.
• Ability to adapt quickly to different working and driving conditions.
• Previous wholesale commercial bread sales experience a plus.

Physical Capabilities :

• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Constant reaching; frequent sitting, standing, bending, squatting, walking, kneeling, climbing, and driving.
• Occasionally pushing and or pulling up to 300lbs.
