Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our company, serving as the primary point of contact for our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls, gathering customer information, scheduling service calls efficiently, and addressing customer concerns with diligence to ensure satisfaction. In the event of issues, you will work creatively and critically to find effective solutions.
Additionally, you will develop and manage reports and collaborate with field personnel to optimize scheduling. We are looking for individuals who can function seamlessly within a team, possess excellent communication and listening skills, and maintain a positive attitude at all times.
