Quality Assurance (QA) Associate

ScienCell Research Laboratories is ISO certified biotech company. The QA associate takes responsibility for internal and external ISO auditing; for the required update of laboratory Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); and for all required certification for the Laboratory. The associate works closely with company management team to ensure all aspects of the Quality Assurance process are completed within the accepted timeframe; maintain appropriate and secure files of laboratory documents and SOPs. The associate will also assist with document control database updates; maintain manual documents for approval; promote and format active QA manual documents; assist with maintaining equipment and calibrations on a timely basis.

The ideal candidate should have Bachelor's or Master’s Degree, with knowledge of ISO, cGMP and FDA Quality System Regulations and Risk Management; minimum 2 year of QA experience in the life science industry, especially in cell and molecular biology laboratory; familiarity with QA rules and their application within the laboratory and experience with regulatory or licensure aspects of the life science industry. Excellent organizational skills and knowledge of MS office, Ability to work effectively as part of a cross functional team, multi-task and work well under pressure.
