As part of this innovative bioanalytical team, you will collaborate with industry leaders to support vital bioanalytical testing platforms and drive the development of lifesaving medicines and medical devices.

- Develop and validate ELISA, MSD, and other LBA methods for drug substances and products.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in bioanalytical technology, managing client expectations.
- Prepare analysis reports, SOPs, and other technical documents.
- Review data for technical accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Stay current with industry literature and champion new technology.
- Maintain a safe, compliant, and orderly laboratory environment.
- Hold a Master’s Degree in Biochemistry, Protein Chemistry, or related field.
- Alternatively, a Bachelor’s Degree with relevant experience.
- Have a solid understanding of bioanalytical procedures and assays.
- Supervisory experience is a plus.
- Preferably a local candidate in the San Francisco Bay Area.
- Ability to operate, maintain, and calibrate lab equipment.
- Highly motivated with strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
- Knowledge of GMP/GLP procedures is advantageous.
