Responsibilities
- Provide technical advice on product delivery and project execution.
- Analyze vital lab operation data for increasing productivity and customer product and project delivery.
- Execute product development for manufacturing as needed, including prototyping and sourcing vendor partners.
- Execute drug development projects as needed, including developing and managing study plans, designing experimental studies, executing and ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality data to clients.
- Develop lab standard operating protocols for reproducibility and for increasing success rate.
- Provide technical advice on new programs, tests, methods, and instrumentation.
- MS or higher academic degree in biology, biomedical engineering, or related field with a minimum of 3 years of industry biotechnology lab experience. PhD and experience in MPS and/or preclinical drug development a plus.
- Experience in designing and executing scientific studies and preparing written reports.
- Ability to execute complex protocols and project plans with minimal supervision or guidance.
- Excellent organizational skills with a commitment to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to work both collaboratively and independently and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in communicating effectively with manager and scientific team members.
- Previous industry laboratory work with tissue culture and/or microfluidics engineering applications is required.
