- Bachelor’s Degree (BA, BS) in scientific or health care discipline preferred.
- 10 yrs of progressive experience pharmaceutical, biotech, academic site, or CRO related/oncology research operations management experience, including study site management.
- Laboratory experience (molecular, biology, chemistry, genetics) experience preferable.
- Proficient in ICH GCP Guidelines and project management tools.
- Comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communicator and team player, ready to fill functional gaps.
