- Create new audience segmentation and targeting strategies.
- Plan and execute test strategies to enhance audience engagement.
- Collaborate with various teams to analyze and improve marketing data.
- Implement and manage new marketing automation programs.
- Ensure data quality and integrity across systems.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive analysis.
- Manage and execute email campaigns.
- BA degree preferred with a preferred concentration in Marketing/Communication
- 5 years digital marketing-specific experience, optimally focused on email marketing, database marketing
- Expertise with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.
- Strong analytical skills and project management experience.
- Knowledge of HTML, data usage, and marketing best practices.
- Flexible and adaptable to evolving business needs.
