- Serving as a Technical Specialist for antisera qualification and technical documentation.
- Performing administrative and technical review duties essential for maintaining departmental standards.

- Ensuring compliance with FDA, ISO standards, and cGMP regulations.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- MT(ASCP) or equivalent certification preferred.
- 1-3 yrs experience in Blood Banking and a GMP-regulated environment.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent communication capabilities.
- Ability to work the second shift schedule from 1pm-9:30pm, Monday to Friday.
