Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Care

Locations: Piedmont and Coastal Plains areas, NC

Scion Home Care, Inc. is looking for compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team in providing exceptional skilled nursing care to our patients in North Carolina (41 counties, mostly Piedmont and Coastal Plains areas presently).

Shifts Available:

• 7, 8, & 12-hour day shifts [dependent on approved hours for patients]

Job Responsibilities:

• Providing comprehensive nursing care to a quadriplegic, spinal cord injury, paralyzed, tracheostomy, and ventilator-dependent patients
• Managing and monitoring ventilator settings
• Tracheostomy care and maintenance
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care
• Documenting and reporting patient status and care provided

Qualifications:

• Current LPN or RN license in the state of North Carolina
• CPR certification
• Strong clinical skills and a passion for patient care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in ventilator management preferred, but not required.
