SummaryThis is the perfect opportunity for a clinical professional in the mental health or social services space to make an impact serving some of the highest risk children/youth in the community. The Youth Clinician will be bilingual in Spanish and work with to help youth achieve independence, stability, and all-around wellness and safety within the context of their culture and community using a personalized and natural support structure. Some of the areas of support the clinician will provide are family and youth assessment, short-term, intensive family therapy, case overviews, community outreach and marketing, as well as proper case documentation.
Compensation & Benefits

• Flexible hybrid schedule!
• Competitive pay of $85,000 to $105,000/annual, depending on experience bonus incentive!

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field (Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Social Work, etc.)
• Clinician I license eligibility (or equivalent)
• Experience working with children, youth, and families facing complex challenges
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and navigate diverse cultural contexts
