Essential Functions
- Provides strategic HR partnership at all assigned sites.
- Will serve as a leader and actively engage with site leadership, HR support and staff
- Responsible for reviewing and investigating all site-based allegations of discrimination or retaliation to ensure that all such complaints are handled in a timely, thorough, respectful and professional manner. All findings of such investigations will be reviewed with the RDHR and applicable leaders.
- Will conduct reviews / audits of HR activities for locations within the defined region to ensure that all HR practices and standards (including recordkeeping) are in compliance with regulatory requirements. The ADHR will also serve as day-to-day counsel to HR Associates or designates and location leaders within the defined market on personnel related matters that require additional support and focus.
- Provides orientation and mentoring to new HR Associates or designates.
- Travel required 10%
- Works with the entire Human Resources team on special projects
- Experience in a health care setting preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred
- 3-5 years minimum multi-site HR experience in a leadership role
- Strong ability to coach, train and motivate HR Associates or designates
- Strong Customer Service Skills and ability to partner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Ability to project a professional image
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
