We're seeking a dynamic Principal Protein Scientist to join the team, ready to dive in and make an immediate impact.

This role entails both managerial and technical duties, offering a unique opportunity to work closely with department heads to spearhead the team's strategy and vision.

To be successful in this role, this individual must be a subject matter expert in the purification and characterization of protiens (antibodies/mammalian cells) as this role will drive the team strategy and lead a group of highly experienced scientists. This is a highly visible position that promises to be both challenging and rewarding.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's with 10 years, or Ph.D. with 5 years, of Biotech experience in protein biologics development.
• Must be a Subject Matter Expert in Protein Purification and Characterization (antibodies, Fc-fusion and bispecific - like formats).
• Must have held at least 2 to 3 direct report
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex scientific concepts effectively.
