SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reports directly to the Program Director weekly and as needed.
• Reviews all incidents immediately and informs appropriate staff, Program/Regional Director, CR Operations Supervisor, and QI.
• Assist in the handling of crisis and emergency situations.
• Conduct staff and house meetings bi-weekly
• Identify/conduct trainings in conjunction with orientation of new staff and ongoing professional growth/development of staff
• Provide support to all staff as needed
• Assist in the coordination of all activities of the community residence.
• Perform unannounced checks of weekend and overnight staff program functioning
• Participate in Supervisory on-call schedule

QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s Degree in Social Work with a minimum of three years of experience working in the mental health, residential or other appropriate child welfare setting. Must have experience with seriously emotionally disturbed children. (LMSW or LCSW required; English/Bilingual)
• Acceptable background clearance check through State Central Register, Justice Center and compliance with health regulations for physical examination and Mantoux testing; COVID vaccine
