The Opportunity:
This position is for a commercial real estate salesperson/broker for titles ranging from associate to managing director. Our structure offers agents a unique conduit to the market. SCOPE’s focus is on the middle market with primary clients being owners of assets ranging from $5M-$50M in value. States of focus are PA, NJ, DE, MD, and NY. Asset classes of focus are multifamily, industrial, retail, and medical office with specific subsets within each.
