This position is more than just a job; it's a 'hands-on,' commission-eligible opportunity.

Earn commissions based on attorney-negotiated settlements, enhancing your income while managing NO billable hours.

Your role in this adventure:

• Review and approve collection claims placed with the Firm.
• Maintain contact with opposing counsel, and consumers for effective case management.
• Assist in the management and supervision of cases.

What we're looking for:

• Currently licensed and in good standing with the VA Bar.
• Thorough understanding of Virginia Civil Practice law.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Disciplined work ethic.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
