This Teller position works Monday – Saturday (Saturday rotation as scheduled), with varied hours and schedule depending on operational needs.

The Day to Day as a Teller 

Tellers are one of the primary points of contact for SCU members. They are the first, and often only face our members see. A typical day will look like:

• Providing customer service to SCU members
• Processing transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, etc., efficiently, and accurately in person, by telephone, or by mail
• Operating on-line teller terminal, accurately recording amounts received, and preparing reports of transactions
• Educating members on SCU products and services
• Fostering and maintaining relationships with members
