At Scott Honda, our Customer Care Team members create a welcoming impression to each person who contacts our service center for assistance.

Our Call Center Reps think through the lens of a 5-star customer experience. They greet each caller with enthusiasm and are committed to professionalism. Call Center Reps manage both inbound and outbound call responsibilities. This opportunity would appeal to an individual who takes pride in being helpful and has an eagerness to seek out solutions on behalf of the caller when an answer isn't immediately clear. Attentive listening skills and a proactive personality would lead to great success in this role.

Call Center Reps act as an invaluable resources to our Honda owners for all aspects of caring for their vehicle: scheduling, service center information, technology questions, parts status, recalls, etc. The ideal candidate will inspire customer loyalty to our service department and build trust in our brand.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Maintain professional enthusiasm on each call, creating a positive and welcoming impression.
  2. Learn and utilize our digital scheduling management tool to create a full and organized calendar of work through our service department, from incoming calls, emails, and online appointments.
  3. Prospect service business by making calls to schedule first services, interval services, recalls and other active and inactive customer lists as provided.
  4. Take ownership and expedite the well-organized preparation of messages and paperwork for all departments; at the same time, attentively communicating to customers and coordinating with Loaner and Parts departments.
  5. Perform accurate reporting and other administrative tasks as needed to support the Service Manager and Service department.
  6. Proactively seek knowledge from all departments for the purpose of more efficiently and accurately assisting callers with frequently requested information.
  7. Assist the Service Managers with the tactful management of high-expectation customers. Assist the Reputation Manager with responses to low-star reviews.
