Our Call Center Reps think through the lens of a 5-star customer experience. They greet each caller with enthusiasm and are committed to professionalism. Call Center Reps manage both inbound and outbound call responsibilities. This opportunity would appeal to an individual who takes pride in being helpful and has an eagerness to seek out solutions on behalf of the caller when an answer isn't immediately clear. Attentive listening skills and a proactive personality would lead to great success in this role.
Call Center Reps act as an invaluable resources to our Honda owners for all aspects of caring for their vehicle: scheduling, service center information, technology questions, parts status, recalls, etc. The ideal candidate will inspire customer loyalty to our service department and build trust in our brand.
