Job Description:

• Serves as a liaison to ensure Owner’s best interests are carried out.
• Ensure the project scope is carried out on time and according to budget.
• Assist with bidding processes, project mitigation, relocations, and more.
• Assist in obtaining necessary permits, approvals, and other regulatory prerequisites.
• Assist with budget preparations and estimates based on scope of work and resource requirements.
• Assist with accounting invoice and expenditure requirements, costs in order to meet budget.
• Assist with consultant procurement and contract negotiations.
• Manage schematic design, design development & construction document stages.
• Assist with the GC procurement.
• Assist with FFE procurement.

Job Skills & Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum 7 years’ experience as a construction Project Manager.
• Bachelor’s degree in Building Science, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
• Demonstrate knowledge of construction, engineering, and architecture principles.
• Strong knowledge of reading blueprints.
• Proficient in Procore, Auto-CAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $160,000 - $180,000 per year

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
