Job Overview:

We are actively seeking experienced Senior Superintendents for national, regional, and local travel opportunities. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record of leading projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree preferred.
• 5 to 10 years of experience leading and completing from start to finish, at least three $30M Commercial Projects.
• Experience in Ground Up New Construction, Retrofit, and Major Renovation scopes of work.

Software/Certifications:

• Proficiency in Procore, Primavera P3/P6, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, AUTODESK BIM 360, Builder Trend, PlanGrid
• Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Certified Stormwater Management
• LEED Accreditation for Commercial, Multifamily, Aviation Federal Projects
