The Electrical Production Technician will support production by helping install, test and troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment. This position will work closely with engineering and production. Candidate chosen needs to be highly motivated, a team player, and flexible with tasks.
Responsibilities of the Position:
• Diagnose and Repair Internal & External Quality Issues
• Communicate changes to Vendors and Engineering
• Help make and install electrical harnesses or components for custom/new option requests
• Audit Production Quality
• Support Production with training programs
• Collaborate with engineers and managers to solve problems
• Create Standard Work Instructions and Documentation

• Ability to read electrical drawing and schematics
• Marine Certified with experience or degree in electrical systems
• Good root cause analysis skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to fit into tight spaces
• Must be dependable
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
