This is a full-time 12 hour Day shift position with Call. The hours are 6:30 am- 19:00. Located at Scripps Mercy Hospital-San Diego. 

This position includes a Retention Incentive and Relocation Incentive to eligible new hires.

In order to remain eligible for your retention incentive the following criteria must be met:

• Must remain in original hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offer letter)
• Must remain in original department/specialty
• Must remain in original Job Title
• Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically noted in your offer letter.

• One (1) year of RN experience in the Operating Roomor successful completion of Scripps' peri-operative training program or an approved external peri-operative training program
• California Registered Nurse License
• Charge experience
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association
• Must be able to speak, read, and follow instructions in English
• Must be able to demonstrate positive behaviors

• Bachelor's degree in nursing
• 2 or more years OR experience
• Trauma experience- Level 1
• Previous Charge experience
• EPIC system experience
