Serve as an expert resource and consultant to Executive Management in the assessment of a variety of strategic and new business ventures. Report to the Corporate Vice President Business Development.
Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills
- Bachelors degree in related field and a MPA, MPH, MBA required.
- Doctor of jurisprudence preferred.
- Ten years of leadership with concentration in corporate development and mergers and acquisitions experience in all aspects of acquisitions, divestitures and collaborative transactions.
- A track record of success in supporting large, complex transactions, collaborations and joint ventures.
- Background in corporate development within and outside healthcare delivery.
- Excellent skills in strategic and quantitative analysis, problem solving, project management, along with excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills to build trust, negotiate transactions and work with a broad group of executives.
