Position overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Director to take on the exciting task of scaling our newly launched Supply Chain Co-Operative (Co-Op) by identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue! Excellent communication skills, superior customer service skills, and the ability to navigate any situation to reach desired goals will be critical. Ultimately, you will work with SDI leaders, and the overall Sales team to ensure the Co-Op hits their sales and revenue goals. Candidates must be willing to travel up to 75% to client sites.
A typical day in the life of a Sales Director:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and identify new business opportunities.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Monitor and report on sales performance against objectives.
The skills you'll contribute to our diverse team:
- Extensive experience (5-10 years) in a business development or sales role within a group purchasing organization (or a similar business) is REQUIRED. Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to develop strategic sales plans.

The pay range for the role is $150,000 - $155,000 annually. Individual pay depends on various factors, such as role level, relevant experience and skills, and location. Pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the pay range applicable at the time.
