Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales professionals and clients to understand their technical requirements and business objectives.
- Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop and present customized solutions based on customer needs.
- Provide technical expertise during project planning, execution, and post-implementation support.
- Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure effective use of new technologies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AI Driven customer communications to provide cutting-edge solutions.
- Prepare detailed documentation of project specifications, processes, and outcomes.
- Foster strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support.
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a consulting role or similar position within the technology sector.
- Strong understanding of customer communication software and concepts and applications.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
