SDL Search Partners is Hiring a Senior HRIS Analyst Near Boston, MA
A global consulting firm based in Boston is looking to add a Senior HRIS Analyst to its team. This person will be a trusted Business Partner who will work cross-functionally with finance, accounting, HR, and IT, both domestically and internationally. Experience with Workday HCM is highly preferred.
**This role will sit onsite 3 days per week in Boston**
Highlights:
- Analyze, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday HCM to ensure smooth operation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- Provide end-user support, including training, troubleshooting, and resolving system issues.
- Conduct data audits to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Continuously evaluate system performance and recommend enhancements or optimizations to improve efficiency and user experience.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience
- Workday HCM experience highly preferred
- Experience in a large, international organization
