SDMC is Hiring a Property Manager Near Graniteville, SC

Duties
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a 96 unit property, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations. Note: Hiring for one Part Time position as well.

- Screen and select qualified tenants in accordance with Fair Housing regulations.
- Prepare and execute lease agreements and renewals.
- Collect rent payments and ensure timely payment from tenants.
- Respond to tenant inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
- Manage vendor relationships
- Maintain accurate records of income, expenses, and tenant interactions through data entry.

Requirements

NOTE: Experience in HUD and/or LIHTC and/or Onesite a Plus
- Previous experience in property management or a related field.
- Knowledge of contract law, Fair Housing regulations, and property management principles.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with tenants, vendors, and team members.
- Strong conflict management skills to handle tenant disputes or difficult situations.
- Proficient in data entry and using property management software systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of facilities management and property maintenance best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
