What Will You be Paid?$18-20 per hour.
When Will You be Working?Monday - Friday 10:00 am - 6:00 pm.
Where Will You be working?4201 W Victoria St, Chicago, IL 60646.
Duties
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Monitor routes and make necessary adjustments to ensure coverage at the request of SDS Customers.
- Record data into SDS computer systems to maintain data integrity and provide accurate reporting both internally and to our customers.
- Consistently meet or exceed service levels established by the customer.
- Maintain excellent communication between the customer, Regional Manager, and the contractors.
- Other relative tasks assigned by Dispatch and/or Regional Manager.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous call center or customer service experience (1 year).
- A positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to fulfill tasks from beginning to end and identify where follow-up is required.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to track multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Consistent adherence to corporate and departmental policies and procedures.
- A High School diploma or equivalent.
