Sea Breeze manufactures and distributes premium beverages on tap in the Metro New York—New Jersey area. Since 1925, we have provided customized design, installation, and repair of bar guns and beverage dispensing systems to hospitality, educational, and healthcare facilities. We also manufacture a variety of chocolate syrups, pancake syrups, cocktail mixers, and other flavored syrups for retail distribution in the US and globally.

Job Description

Full-time permanent position includes the following responsibilities within the Food Safety, Product Development, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory areas:

- Manage regulatory documentation for ingredients, primary packaging, and related materials, utilizing the tools for this purpose, including Datacor ERP.

- Managing/updating the labeling program, including the nutrition database in LabelCalc.

- Supporting our Food Safety & Quality Leader in maintaining the Food Safety and related programs to maintain SQF certification.

- Product development for new and existing formulations of innovative beverage concentrates and syrups, including investigation of ingredient options. 

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday. There may be some Saturday work available at times.

Qualifications

Self-motivated, team player. Honest, ethical and nice, with good knowledge of computers, including Word, Excel, Google, etc. Ability to interact with other Sea Breeze Associates & customers/vendors. Pass drug & background check. BS in a related degree preferred.
