Join our team, where we're dedicated to creating exceptional living experiences for property owners and guests. We're seeking a skilled Director of Operations to bring their expertise to our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
Property Operations:
- Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and cleaning services to uphold quality standards.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address any issues promptly.
- Oversee the onboarding of new vacation rental properties.
- Coordinate property updates and improvements.
Owner Relations:
- Build strong partnerships with homeowners and manage all communication.
- Coordinate repairs, deliveries, and property improvements.
Qualifications
· South Carolina Property Managers License is required.
· 2 years of management experience in a related field.
· Valid driver's license.
· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to work independently or within a team.
· Computer literate with proficiency in web-based apps.
· Must live locally and be able to commute to work.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
